Empower the young generation with Quran Recitation

WE WOULD ASSIST CHILDREN IN MALAYSIA AND WORLDWIDE TO BE ABLE TO READ THE QURAN VIA RECITE JR Apps

"‏ خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ ‏"‏‏.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it."

Malaysia scenario

In 2019, 700 students in Melaka, Malaysia at the age of 12 years old do not know how to read the Quran, thus do not perform their prayer.

This figure has increase over the years and we believe the same trend happen in other countries.

In collaboration with apps developer Recite Lab which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we believe in providing solution to this problem. It will help not only children in Malaysia, but also the whole world. 

We would like to develop an Islamic Apps that focus on preparing the young on how to recite the Quran. The reference for the apps is based from Iqra method. The method was originated by As'ad Humam (1933–1996), a kyai and merchant from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It has helped more than 70 million children in Indonesia since its publication in early 1990.

In 1994 the Malaysian government adopted Iqra as its official method for teaching Quranic recitation in elementary schools and have helped more than 4 millions children to learn the basic of Quran recitation every year.

Children will be abled to recognize the Arabic letters in different shapes and sounds . Users will be abled to say the correct pronunciation the of the Arabic Alphabets (Makhraj) and the VR will recheck if their pronunciation is correct.

In 2019, a study in Australia have shown effective online Quranic Education for Non-Native Arabic Children have improved the student’s recitation

We firmly believe we need to integrate technology in our method on how to Recite the Quran bu we also agree that the best way to learn the Quran is  via Talaqqi (with teacher).

We believe with the support from other Muslim around the globe, we will be able to launch this apps this year and reduce the number of children that are not able to read the Quran (and reduce the number of people who do not perform their prayer(Solat).
