Assalamualikum, 

Islamic Cultural Foundation Japan is a non-profitable, charity-based Islamic organization. Build a Masjid at Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan in 2003. The capacity of that masjid was around 70 people. Over the past 20 years, the Muslim community increased a lot around the masjid. We got a suitable place just 10 minutes walking distance from the current masjid location. We already have purchased the land with the building. We need your cordial support to finish the masjid complex project. 

Planned projects in the new complex: 

Muslims are a minority in Japan. The percentage of Muslims is less than 1%.  Keeping Islamic believes and culture is very challenging as you know. Especially teaching Islam to children is very difficult. There are no Islamic schools nearby and very expensive which average people can not bear. So we are planning to make a masjid complex not only as a prayer place but also as a complete dawa center of Islam. May Allah accept our plans. 

Project Financial Status:

We started this project in July 2019, We traveled all over Japan to collect funds. To make the contract we only had 3 months and pay the full money. In addition to donations, we need to take QARD HASSAN (BENEVOLENT LOAN) from brothers. We have already purchased the land and start daily 5-time prayer including Jummah and Eid Prayer. We need your support to finish our remaining reform and repay the loans.

Islamic Cultural Foundation Japan is a non-profitable, charity-based Islamic organization. It was established in 2003 and a Masjid Masjid at Gamo, Koshigaya, Saitama in 2003. And registered an organization in 2011. 

Aims and Objectives:

• Spread the message of Islam in the light of the Quran and Sunnah
• Teach Quran and Sunnah to Muslim people
• Teaching Islamic culture and values to children
• Calling nom-Muslims to Islam
• Support new converted Muslims
• Support good deeds of the Japanese community

Activity and Events:

• Daily Five times prayer is being conducted.
• Weekly(Friday) Juma’a prayer is being conducted.
• Weekly(Saturday evening) lecture on Holy Quran.
• Iftar and Taraweeh prayer during Ramadan
• Arranging Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha congregations Yearly
• Teaching the Holy Quran to children, women, and men several days per week
• Conducted Islamic Marriage(weddings) and provide the certificate
• Yearly Quran recitation competition both for children and adult
• Curry Party for Japanese(Non-Muslims). Arranged yearly. Around 100 Japanese people Join every year.
• Cultural events to teach Islamic culture and tradition
• Support performing an animal sacrifice on Eid-ul-Adha
• Providing Information about Halal products and giving halal certificates
• Provide shahada certificate to newly converted Muslims

Social Activity:

• Relief and disaster support: During the great earthquake in 2011 we provided food and financial support to the Fukushima people. We provide financial support for the earthquake-affected people in Kumamoto.
• Arrange regularly volunteer cleaning activities around the roads of the Koshigaya city area
• Join the briefing and events of the Koshigaya city office about Japanese rules and regulations.
• Conducting personal workshops to the foreign community (especially Muslims) regarding Japanese law and regularities.
• Language support to foreigners who don’t understand Japanese.
• Helping refugees(foreigners) in Japan.
• Join community policing patrol regularly with the Koshigaya Police station.
